I think the Swiss court might have actually done it for the incitement of discriminatory hatred, particularly given Alain Soral is better known for repeatedly denying the Holocaust so much he was jailed in France for said denialism (a reminder denial of the events of the Holocaust are jailable crimes in France and Germany, hence why Twitter had the is_nazi tag).

I really find an unexpected joy in working with good designers. They just have such great creativity, thoughtfulness, wisdom, and empathy. They're a joy to work and collaborate with and when it clicks on all cylinders you just get something, to use the term earnestly, magical.
This is the equivalent to poop squeezed through a playdoh fun factory by a toddler and then left to bleach in the sun.

Yep, Elon's projects advance through instances like the total destruction on landing of his StarShip and launch facility, autopilot cars killing pedestrians, his children taking legal action to sever all ties with him, and the flogging of Twitter into it being, and smelling like, a dead horse.
