⚠ Meta will apparently to move to a "Pay for your Rights" model in the European Union!

EU users would then have to pay $ 168 a year if they don't want to give up their fundamental right to privacy on Facebook and Instagram. This move is inacceptable.

Meta (Facebook / Instagram) to move to a "Pay for your Rights" approach

In order to bypass the GDPR, Meta apparently plans to move to a "Pay for your Rights" approach

@noybeu You already gave up on your privacy when you signed up for the service. No fee whatsoever is gonna change that. The only way out is to quit the service, the sooner the better. Conveniently, quitting is (still) free of charge.
@intermobility even if you quit their services, it still wont make any difference, there is no where on the surface of this earth #facebook cant access or snoop
@pDanijel While you can’t entirely escape their sniffing into your private life, you can still significantly reduce your exposure by avoiding their services. It’s one step forward on your way to protect your privacy, and not the least important one.
