@CrackedWindscreen @motoringpodcast @ajpbradley The Toyota dealership situation reminds me of the closure of H.G.Bryer and sons Mazda in Dryslwyn, our small local (excellent) Mazda dealer for 40 ish years. Mazda kept insisting on refurbishing the showroom and facilities every few years. At a cost of £20k+. In the end it got to the point where it would have bankrupted the garage. They gave up the franchise, went independent for a bit then closed.
