Best thing about Linux is so much choice. I’m on plasma now but I have tried all desktop environments and most window managers at some point. Had so much fun with them.

What is the bottom bar? Custom CSS or something else? I use Cinnamon as well and am bored of the default taskbar at the bottom

It is custom CSS. You got go to your cinnamon.css and edit it.
