In the end Damian Lillard (plus Nurkic, Little, Keon Johnson) got the the Blazers: Robert Williams C 25yo. Malcolm Brogdon G 30yo DeAndre Ayton C 25yo Toumani Camara G 23yo GSW 2024 1rp (top 4 protected) Celtics 2029 1rp Bucks 2029 1rp 2028 and 2030 swap rights with the Bucks Brogdon is obviously not part of that young group, so I think they’re gonna trade him; they can’t get too much in return but some teams could surely offer a promising young guy or future picks. They could trade him soon or have him play some minutes to show the league he’s healthy before trading him

Would Brogdon be that bad as a veteran presence and backup PG if they keep him? He has had some deep playoff runs with Milwaukee and Boston and played with some big names there. And he seems like a generally smart/educated/respected/professional guy.

Wouldn’t be bad at all but would also have great value to a contender or a team trying to make a playoff push. Don’t think they’ll be desperate to move him but they’re bound to get offers for him. a pick and a prospect might sufice.
