You can place your cursor and edit it intuitively like plain text (it's not a block editor).
But you can still interact with it like a structured tree using drag and drop and tree-oriented keyboard shortcuts.
There are still lots of useful features to add but let me know if you think this looks interesting, and which features would be most important to you.

@caolan iOS-in-app-safari: when indenting a second top level item to make it a sub item of the first top level item via the button, the curser jumps to the beginning of the first bullet point
