For those who are in a domestic Violence situation:

If you have an extra/secret phone you are trying to hide from your abuser, be aware that on Oct 4th, it will sound a test of the Emergency alert system. If you want it to stay hidden, turn it off, and don't turn it back on, until you are safe.
