A few nights ago a jogger clad entirely in black inexplicably ran straight across the road in front of me like a kamikaze ninja, realised his mistake and then just froze like a rabbit in the headlights. Emergency stop, no contact. I can't swear I was doing twenty exactly, but it was definitely 20ish. At thirty I think I'd have struggled not to clip him.
