Danielle@trojanfoxtrot Probably equation for output of a neuron as in a #neuralnetwork. The sigma may represent using the "sigmoid" activation function, whereas the term inside the parens in a bias term, b, plus a weight sum of the inputs. Was this a handout at some #machinelearning conference?
