@tadbithuman @fatsam he can, people just like to spread FUD. The only real obstacle is waiting for Newsom naming a replacement. Besides, Manchin can't sweat attention right now; he's behind in the polls for his seat which he really doesnt want to lose.

@TylerHibbard @tadbithuman I'd love to be wrong, but expecting decency from the GOP has been a mistake for decades. They're going to let Biden continue filling the courts with liberals? They're going to want something like an end to Trump's prosecutions. Likely just lying.
