Low-risk, over-the-counter treatments (with no Paxlovid interactions) found to improve #Covid / #Covid19 symptoms: 1 dose ibuprofen with breakfast & dinner. Reduces inflammation - a significant contributor to acute symptoms & Long Covid sequalae. 1 dose Zyrtec/Allegra/Benadryl daily. Antihistamines show results in reducing acute symptom intensity & duration, also potentially reducing chances of Long Covid sequalae.
