ScienceNutsHave long dreamed of visiting Kerela, and while that festival is certainly something to see, I think I'd prefer a visit when it is a little less crowded.
You can avoid the festivals and go to some Hill areas.
I'm sure. I'd just prefer to choose to visit when its quieter.
