@sg Yep. The new System Settings app is awful. I mainly use Search. But that’s not great either, as it shows loads if results. Search for Desktop and it shows 12 places that is mentioned over four main categories.

Warner Crocker@dsilverman @ianRobinson I lived with it also. It doesn’t work for me. It surprised me how much I clicked on the desktop to get to the Finder.
@WarnerCrocker @ianRobinson I had set up a “clear all windows” hot corner, which I used fairly often, so I am used to having that ability. This makes it easier. Have I accidentally clicked on the desktop and cleared windows when I didn’t want to? You betcha.
