@shadowfacts That would be a really interesting question if that had happened, but it didn't. One guy got fired because he liked a tweet that criticized his boss. A bunch of other people got fired because THEIR MANAGER liked a tweet that criticized the boss.

For extra irony, that same boss had publicly offered to pay the legal fees of any person who had been fired because of something they had tweeted, which indicates that he does not think this is the right thing to do.

@evacide hmm, that too seems like the sort of thing that should maybe be protected? like, if I were to like a tweet saying "our boss is a piece of shit, we should unionize to avoid getting jerked around so much," that definitely seems like it should be protected
