Human interactions are about empathy and communication. Ability to make fluent words doesn't, on its own, demonstrate empathy or communication, and humans can tell the difference. #AI

@sunset I remember hearing about an eating disorder crisis line (or something like that) using it, and it made me so sad.. you already feel dehumanized and as if no one gets it as is when you have those sorts of problems.. so to then be responded to by something that isn't even human, that furthermore apparently ended up triggering some in need, is awful. It is as if some don't realize that more important than the words said is the understanding person behind them.
