I don't think 'deep sea mining' is a solution to our needs for resources(metals) but rather another form of destruction and pollution

For me the solution is quite simple but rather expensive

Space!  

Sure it would take some development but the pay off would be limitless

Besides, it's 2023 and we're still only inhabit the Earth, wouldn't it be time to extend that
