Ihaka Lecture Series - The University of Auckland

The Ihaka Lecture Series is an annual event hosted by the Department of Statistics which presents the latest research about statistics and computer science.

The first of these lectures is tomorrow (Thursday): Antony Unwin will talk about interactive graphics for data analysis. #rstats isn't particularly good for this, but interactive graphics complements the sorts of analysis R is good at.

Lecture in MLT-1, aka 303-102, Level 1 of the Science Building, Uni of Auckland. Refreshments at 6pm for lecture at 6:30 (NZDT; UTC+13). Livestream (and later, recording) will be here: https://www.auckland.ac.nz/en/science/about-the-faculty/department-of-statistics/ihaka-lecture-series.html
