Trump is getting worse, more dangerous, more bent on inciting violence. This is not a presidential candidate; this is a criminal defendant seeking to save his own skin no matter how much damage it causes. The media must stop pretending this is in any way a normal presidential horse race.

@Pam_Nashes @StevenBeschloss because nearly all of the US media are for profit businesses so their sole purpose is to maximize short term revenue.

They're also owned by billionaires that would prefer not to be held accountable for the effects their wealth has on society. Their interests align with Trump to a degree and I'm sure he's talked to them about it.
