It’s just gentrification and elimination of affordable housing. Presidium Group bought the apartment complex I used to live in on Riverside and changed the countertops and then demanded double the rent. They were also very aggressive about coming into our apartment whenever they wanted to do “renovations”.
The one thing I hate about the Domain is the vehicle traffic. Based on the designs here, it will have the same problems.
Yet another “outdoor mall” with overpriced apartments.
