@Tutanota I’m pretty excited about the changes in the ability to use custom domains! That’s been a serious blocker to migrating for me. Now to really exercise the app a bit to see how it stacks up from a day to day perspective.

@Tutanota Would you consider releasing the current and older roadmap items to the grandfathered plans?

I imagine a lot of peope (and myself) subscribed to support the development for roadmap items. To now unilaterally and subsequently alter the deal feels somewhat disingenuous. (I know no explicit deal has been made, yet implicitly it feels like it.)

I still fully support, adding new roadmap items only to the new plans, aswel as any new features that cost extra like the increased storage.

@D0T1X Thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately with the old pricing model we were not able to drive growth the way we need to - we need everyone (not just privacy-interested) to switch to more secure solutions to truly change the web and fight tracking. In addition, we introduced the Premium price when Tutanota was very rough (in 2015) and have added many features since. To keep doing this without increasing the price would lead to selling a premium product for cheap. We hope you understand!

@Tutanota is swiping left/right to move between messages in single message view on Android planned? I really miss that from other mail clients.
