“It’s” is short for “it is” like “you’re” for “you are”
I’m not trying to be rude—just want to be helpful. I used to incorrectly use it’s the same way.

The first “it’s” was correct, the second “it’s” was incorrect and should be “its”.
I was too focused on the first “it’s” that I missed there was a second one. You’re right.
But for Henry’s it’s still apostrophe s. Because that makes sense.
Its is a possessive pronoun. His, hers, theirs, and its, not hi’s, her’s, their’s, and it’s.
