Richard@5ciFiGirl It's still super hot in the Southeast. At least for me. But the lowest I turn down the AC is to 75. That makes a big difference. I can't go lower than 75 and can only go to 75 for short periods of time because of how high electricity bills are. It is total exploitation. I can't wait for it to cool down.
My building's utilities are weird. The electricity and water are metered, but the central HVAC is divided up by square footage. Usage goes up and down, but for the whole building, not individual apartments. So I use it freely!
I am in the northeast, and the leading edge of that coastal storm is pounding rain and wind here. It's not even the center of the storm yet, but today's high is 62! 😯
So when it was 70 in the apartment, I turned the heat on! 😅
