Musebrarianjust read a paper where the author cites their exchange with chatGPT as "personal correspondence" - which seems weird.
@anarchivist when I have the time, I feel compelled to see what the actual citation authorities say on this.

Mia@anarchivist @musebrarian I'm not one, but surely 'personal correspondence' takes two people. It's maybe a bit like a diary entry, but really it's its own thing - a personal communication to and response from an LLM-based chatbot
