Burke's been giving quotes to local press for months which have usually had all the hallmarks of coordinated campaign talking points, but afaik the first time she was mentioned in local media as Vasquez's campaign manager was in the very last sentence of an @OregonLive article this week.

Jessie Burke, who manages the Vasquez campaign, said Vasquez is not affiliated with People for Portland.
