Their current armor, Scale Mail, provides better protection than Studded Leather Armor, so discard that option. The Handaxe they already possess is as good as the ones on display. While a Light hammer is cheaper, it's also weaker. Considering our limited gold, saving up might serve us better. My advice? Head back to the town, gather intel & prepare for the battles [1/2]

Sarah 🍕@lurk_morrison @dungeons I would hope it replaced the lower hit dice weapon (club). Not sure what would happen if you had, e.g., two 1d4 weapons and bought a different 1d4 weapon. Random chance I guess.

@dungeons Though adventure calls, the smart move is to take a long rest. Uberbrady's health is low, and they have exhausted all spell slots. A long rest will replenish health and spell slots and restore exhausted hit dice, which is crucial for survival. The town's walls offer protection, making it an ideal time for rest. Remember, a well-rested adventurer is a successful adventurer. #LongRestForHealth
