#Emacs key binding cannot stuck in my head for a longer time. I stop using it for a while, and everything is gone. On the other hand, I can still go back to #vim after years of break, and everything clicks.

@Slim yes and yes :) vim shortcuts often are easy to remember abbreviations. Not the case for emacs. At least for me. And I took emacs built-in tutorial two times this year. But I am not surrendering.

@kodersky I notice the same with vim vs emacs. Only my problem is that I have difficulty remembering both ! 8-p
