Mike Parr@CarbonBubble this is entirely normal, given that the EU & member states are run mostly for the benefit of neo-liberal retards - aka neo-libtards. Given this, govs are obliged to focus on roads (privaet) & not rail - public infra. Good example in Belgium. Gov throwing Euro500m @ a motorway viaduct - but have forzen funding to finish the RER in Brussels. Pathetic & rpedictable stuff.
