Saturday , Sept 9, my mother and I attended a talk by Mark Priest about his exhibit at the Carnegie Museum of Art and History in New Albany, IN. It was educational and enjoyable to listen to even though the subject matter is disturbing- The Underground Railroad and the painful decisions families parents had to make.ie Sidney Still had to decide to take her 2 daughters or her 2 sons. she took her daughters and left the boys in the care of their grandmother- but still enslaved.
