Experimenting with #collectives to document stuff. Our #nextcloud instance is beeing managaged by @M4x.

- user management: #jverein

- financial stuff: #jverein (we're encouraging our members to use direct debit if possible to minimize the effort on our side)

- Finding dates / organizing the participation in events (shifts): #doodle (hosted at a university) or #nuudel (https://nuudel.digitalcourage.de/). The first one is more popular but I don't know why.

- protocols: #libreoffice and #msword + #nextcloud (haven't upgraded to be able to use the office suite together with #nextcloud yet - discussion on how to proceed are ongoing)

- managing registrations for workshops: e-mails (registration) + #libreoffice (management). This should be handeled by a proper plugin by our future #CMS I guess.

- website: Static and in a "one page" design. But we aren't happy with it. Unfortunately we're lacking of members which are able to change that and can devote the time needed to tackle it. Thinking about a #CMS (as stated above).

- inventory management: Haven't started with it yet. We're thinking about getting some stickers + creating a spreadsheet using #libreoffice

- tracking introduction in tools: Mostly on paper

- internal communication (digital): Simple mailinglist provided by our webhoster https://www.manitu.de/ (should be improved. The mailinglist solution, not the webhoster)

- external communication (digital): This account on mastodon, website, manually managed "mailinglist" (we'd like to improve it. Recommandations are appreciated.)

- access control: We have keys. The hard stuff, made out of metal.
