We’ve come a long way from clients saying “how much will I be fined if I don’t do this?” And the test team wrapping a scarf around their eyes while using Jaws. I used to go to the Beacon Centre in Wolverhampton to try to get a better first hand understanding of how people used the different assistive technologies.
