@joshbal4 @bleuje seems to depend on the kinds of ambient sounds happening. For example when there's a quiet fan running in background while I'm watching this the audio oscillates differently from when I'm listening with eyes closed.

Maybe this indicates a kind of cross-talk from adjacent brain neurology. Or like when a neighbour's garage door opener makes a baby monitor squawk.
