Someone needs to teach you how to caption properly.
Get the gimp
Open pic
Make a new layer
Add white text, if you wanna be traditional use impact font
Select by color, select the text
Now go on the layer you made before
Selection -> grow a few pixel
Select a big brush, black
Fill selection
