Apparently it’s a Costco receipt, and their food court prices have stayed the same for a long time

Fun fact: The hot dog soda combo has been $1.50 since 1985. At one point the CEO wanted to raise the price of the hot dog and soda combo and the founder straight up told “if you raise the effing hot dog, I will kill you. Figure it out.”
