@angiebaby Just a heads up: the first letter in the second paragraph of your alt text is a left square bracket and not the letter ‘I’.
@angiebaby
The thing that makes me really angry about 'money cannot buy happiness' is that so many poor people have internalized it: trying desperately to be zen about their suffering because they don't want to admit to themselves that they are 'greedy' (aka: wanting to have enough money for heating and a house that's big enough for the whole family)

@Selena @angiebaby

Money can buy happiness. Having enough to live with enough left over to do things you want to do is happiness. Don’t let them tell you otherwIse.

@angiebaby Returns on happiness of those exploited by those with excess wealth one should say.

And exploitation does not mean only abuse, it means not paying taxes and circumventing the system

@angiebaby Completely agree ! Money can't buy happiness, but it can stop things that cause unhappiness !! Nobody should believe that shit
@angiebaby I thought it was all about #eattherich. Being rich comes from being paid more money than other people for the same amount of work or less. Since money is literally equal to an amount of time worked, and since you cannot work for more than 24hrs a day, rich people have figured out ways to make money out of thin air and thus control the rest of us.

@angiebaby Hell, I had to explain this to Kiddo 01 over a freakin' Splatoon contest.

Like, yeah, lots of money won't make you happy, but having little or none will make you MISERABLE.

@angiebaby “ why don’t they just quietly starve instead of being so annoying” -#theGoodKings
@angiebaby "I'm depressed I need these meds to feel an ounce of happiness"

"Nah fuck you, you don't need money to be happy"
@angiebaby When rich people talk “money can’t buy happiness” they should be dared to give all their wealth away to underprivileged people, because it’s guaranteed they’ll be much happier with the money than the rich person is.
