Legend has spent years making Portal for the N64 and by Gaben he's done it

Several years ago PCG reported on the early stages of a project by programmer James Lambert, who really loves the N64 and decided for the hell of it to make a version of Portal that runs on hardware first released in 1996....

Portal came out on switch

Portal 2 had a full console release on Xbox 360

Portal 2 also came out on PS3 and Xbox 360 but was a standalone and not part of the Orange Box. Portal 2 on consoles was interesting because I believe it also came with a Steam key for the game as well.

As well as a version of steam that ran directly on the console. You could login and chat with your steam friends, if I recall correctly.
