If you want to do something to improve your quality of life, get a bidet if you don't have one.

If you're skeptical of how great it is, so was I. So was my household. Everyone was skeptical. We all hestitated. We all regret hesitating.

It's not even the money you'll save on TP, it's eliminating so much unpleasant wiping from your life, so much unnecessary discomfort.

Be clean and confident the way you deserve to be: treat yourself to a bidet. The sooner, the better.

@croc My life is divided into two segments: PB and PB: Pre-bidet and Post-bidet. It's not the clearest initialism possible, but I know the difference.

@croc And if someone has a colonoscopy coming up any time soon, RUN DO NOT WALK to buy a bidet/add-on. I am so serious about this. It makes the experience so much more bearable.

Wirecutter: Reviews for the Real World
@croc I 1000% agree! These people don't know what they are missing!
@croc I could never go back to a dry lifestyle
@croc I've seen the same pattern a lot: The first time someone tries one they think it's weird. The second time they try one they wonder why they went without one.
@croc 'intimidated' 😂
@croc When the TP hoarders were a thing, I went out and bought one, as I was considering getting one even prior to then. Best $40 I've ever spent!

@andynonimose @croc Both bathroom toilets in my house will be smart toilets with built in bidet.

I really wanted it anyway, but my house is also on septic, so it helps to use as little TP as possible.

@croc I need the fifth option: have one, Croc didn't use it when he came over, and it made me cry
@tripecollie
Using a bidet wrong is worse than not using it at all (ask me how I know!)
@croc
@discojesus @croc hahaha, I'm guessing you "blasted off" at his house
@croc -E- bought us one back in 2020 and I was initially like "Okay..whatever" but having used them, they are a GAMECHANGER
@croc I visit certain friends over others depending on who has a bidet â€‹ Absolutely critical infrastructure.
@croc This needs an option for "tried it, wasn't impressed." You have to have the right body type for the sprayer to line up in the right place (no big butts allowed.) You have to dry off with toilet paper anyway unless you want to sit there waiting to air dry for 20 minutes. Plus what someone else said about it being really unhealthy for people with vaginas. No thanks.
@croc if there's enough poop back there for me to need to use water, i'll just get into the shower
