[Feedback] Names of commenters should be at the top of the comment, not the bottom - sh.itjust.works

Makes it hard to follow a conversation when the username of the commenter is at the bottom of the comment, especially when there are longish comments.

The best thing about reddit-style forums is that the statements are basically independent of who said them.
