@caseyliss Does Callsheet support TMDB's "Alternative Names"? I just wanted to search in Callsheet for Emmanuel Lubezki, a cinematographer for The Revenant, Children of Men, Gravity, and more, by his widely-used nickname, "Chivo", but didn't get any good results. I then edited his TMDB page to include that alternative name, but he still doesn't show up on Callsheet when I search for Chivo. Is this beacuse of something I'm missing, or does it just not support alternative names?

@jacobhelbig I’m not sure tbh. I’d guess their search endpoint does not support alternative names.

But kudos to you for adding it to TMDB! 🍻

@caseyliss Well I first wrote a long post to you on Mastodon that ended with me arriving at the question "what do you think about adding a feature for people to propose changes?", then immediately noticed that, duh, that's completely possible, that's kinda the whole point of TMDB, deleted my post, and then made a TMDB account. But thanks to your quick reply!

@caseyliss So, just to clarify, there isn't some switch you could flip to make it possible to search by alternative name within Callsheet? You just call a search function and if TMDB doesn't include results whose alternative names would match, that's just a shortcoming of the API?
