@Dogzilla it's a matter of copyright infringement. Whether or not Fulton Co Sheriff's office decides to sue for the funds is up to them. With many making money from it, not just tfg, it would be financially feasible to sue. Imho. Just because you don't find any info doesn't mean it isn't true. Could just be the first article to come out with it.
@jennab I didn’t realize mugshots were subject to copyright. Aren’t they public domain?
@Dogzilla not in GA apparently. But the pic and arrest record are treated differently. The record is public domain but the pic is County property.
