Docket alert: #SidneyPowell adopts motions filed by Ken #Chesebro.

Powell, like Chesebro, wants the court to disclose the identities of unindicted co-conspirators listed in the indictment...and she wants her counsel to be able to speak with grand jurors. Chesebro filed his motion to speak with the grand jurors on a very busy legal news day (the Meadows hearing, the #Trump #Jan6 hearing, etc.).

@GottaLaff I thought the Grand Jury issued an indictment based on the evidence presented to them. Seems a delaying tactic.
@strong_sue They did. This is legally allowed, and yes, partly a delaying tactic, partly a tactic to win their case.

@GottaLaff Sometimes challenges to charges don’t work out so well for the one challenging especially if they lie under oath as Mark Meadows did when arguing it was part of his job.
