The Urchins get a rude awakening as they’re having their annual vet checkup/vaccination this #caturday . They were found as feral kittens and only really like me, my husband and the woman next door - they definitely *don’t* like being put in little boxes and taken to the vet.

That said, they never scratch or bite - they’re really lovely little cats.

Stop yelling, #StinkyPippin , it’s because we want you to stay healthy!

@crinolinerobot My old cat Benji was the softest, sweetest boy, who’d sit on anyone’s lap and was always primed with the Big Purrs.

But put him in front of a vet, and he became a wild cat, all teeth and needle claws. He *hated* vets. It’s the only place I ever heard him hiss.

@DJDarren I have a friend with three cats, and one goes so bananas it hasto be tranquilised to go to the vet. Some cats just hate them.
