Nearly a decade later, people are struggling and the tech industry seems intent on using generative AI to further replace art with cheap commodities churned out with AI tools. It’s our responsibility to stop them.

@parismarx Rather than buy some art when we needed some wall decoration, I wrote a 78-line Java program, using a class library I developed, and produced the following image with it. Didn't use AI but did use a computer with no "drawing" on my part needed (which in my case is a good thing given my lack of artistic ability).
