Col. Boozy BadgerThe message came down from on high that today the work day has been shortened by 3 hours, giving all employees under the Governor’s jurisdiction a half day. This was immediately followed by 5 emails reminding everyone they actually have to work 4.5 hours. Because it is Friday in government.
