Yesterday was a bureaucratic hell. I opted for toric cataract lenses and after brief tests and a large payment, I am scheduled to be free of astigmatism. I also wired extra payment for custom lenses to the northern health authority.The bank phoned and said why did you send so much money to a strange address. I said, cataract lenses. Reply: "What is northern health authority." (I live in the north) It took three calls & an hour of my time to get them to unlock my account and pay for the lens.
