The audacity of Walmart to ask this is stupendous. The time to fight back against this kind of treatment is long since past. The headline infuriated me, but wait there's more!

By the second paragraph, they are seriously suggesting people, (who are sicker than ever because of the lasting damage of #covid ), are lining up for, get this... "top-selling weight-loss drugs"! What in the actual f@#k?!

"the new pressures at Walmart pharmacies, where shoppers are lining up to buy top-selling weight-loss drugs that are high priced but a drag on profits."

Exclusive: Walmart cuts pharmacist pay, hours while workload piles up

Walmart (WMT.N) is asking some of its 16,000 pharmacists across the U.S. to voluntarily take pay cuts by reducing their working hours in a bid to lower costs, a person familiar with the matter told Reuters.

Dude, it looks like it’s an industry standard. Squeeze the pharmacist’s pay while increasing their workload. All for profit. Yet it’s “concerning” and not at all negligent.
