I think you probably need some professional help, and also I think the way you look at social media is very different from how others look at social media.
Reddit isn’t Wikipedia or any type of online encyclopedia. It’s social media. It’s Twitter, it’s Facebook, it’s TikTok, etc
I hate that “touch grass” is a common insult for something more people should be doing, which to go out into the world and get a technical detox.
I hope the author does step away. I’m concerned for their mental health.

Thanks for your concern. I’m sure comments like yours will be very helpful for people with poor mental health.
Like I would think they were trolling if I didn’t know people like this in real life. It’s that incoherent mass rambling that they are sure is full of vital important information while somehow missing the more important things.
It makes me wonder if it’s more common lately or just it’s easy for these people to be on the Internet, or if just loneliness breaks you like this eventually and a combination of conspiracy, COVID, and other factors have made people that had potential issues escalate in the last couple years to fully unhealthy places.
They will not listen to anyone I guess cause from personal experience that tends to be true. Probably best course of action is to block them, instruct others to do so and let them be lonely and hopefully only self destructive.
Depressing as shit.
