I am strongly in the camp that anything that feels like a dragon is a dragon.

Wyverns? Drakes? Amphipteres? Wyrms? Balls of fluff with teeth?

All dragons if they want to be.

And also failed to turn a ball into fluff, but went with it anyway :P
