If you work in tech and haven't heard about "being glue", I would say that it's vital to read about it:

You'll either feel extremely heard, or it will open your eyes to what some of your (disproportionately female) coworkers struggle with on a regular basis.

Big deal! Isn't it hust a new word for those people who don't want to stay in a tech. role? An example wood be, the CEO & the CTO in a firm. One of them chose to manage people, while the other didn't wanna move out from the technical area.
@abhimanyudhiman @nebulos @whereistanya I think the difference here is that she didn't *want* to manage people, she wanted to be in a technical role, but she didn't want to be in a miserable, broken tech role - all she wanted was clear objectives, an actual road map, some wikis... These are things that a project manager should have planned, but didn't, so she saw doing that non-technical work as a means to make her technical work more streamlined and enjoyable, but the vortex pulled her in
@janeadams @nebulos @whereistanya Thank you for explaining it to me, Jane!
