@marieverdeil @rra unsollicited tip for Euros: Lulu doesn't always seem to detect when you're in the EU, so if you wish to avoid the book being shipped from the US scroll down and change the language to basically anything non-English.

Speaking from indirect experience (asked my parents + sisters for the other LTM books for Christmas, which they gave me, but they told me the shipping costs from the US were so ridiculous they went over budget and didn't get me any other gifts)

@marieverdeil Hope I'm not sending you on a wild-goose chase! Maybe useful detail: my parents used a "guest" account to order everything. Maybe if you have an account plus a region set for it, Lulu will automatically do things right.
