Makoto Shinkai's #GardenOfWords :

My absolute favorite of Makoto's productions. I'm not sure if I have any experiential connection to it, but it's a gut punch to my feels. Every. Damn. Time. It contains so much "juuust stuff" I don't know where to begin. The poetry, both conversant and blatant insertions, of tanka and haiku...well... it's poignant and stunning. Then to talk about the artwork, then to talk about the audio. #anime #hundredpiecesofart One through Ten. 😉

FFS. I'm watching this thing now. Considering the audio, throughout in the background. Always something important about the background audio. And it has the quality of being hidden unless one focuses on it. Which causes one (meaning me) to miss other things.
Lol...It's only getting worse. Listening to one of the piano compositions during "the rain" and barely being aware of the posturing of our heroes. It's just too much!
I give up. You win, #GardenOfWords !
